This sale is subject to completion of a Special Proceeding for the interest held in the name of Elizabeth Rogers Covington (see Wake CountyFile 21SP002094-910) which is required to provide clear, marketable title to buyer. Sellers cannot proceed with closing until court orders authorizing sale are obtained. The contract is subject to a 10 day upset bid period which the buyer's contract may be outbid.
Note that parties agree that if an upset bid is placed against the property. the seller will return the original due diligence fee to the buyer.
